Park Ju Hyung 038ea3002f msm_geni_serial: skip flushing tx upon shutdown ... This is causing runtime PM to malfunction and prevents suspend indefinitely. This might be HAL related, but since flushing data by manually powering on the serial is unnecessary upon shutdown, skip it instead.
