Tianyu Lan 60cfce4c4f X86/Hyper-V: Add hyperv_nested_flush_guest_mapping ftrace support
This patch is to add hyperv_nested_flush_guest_mapping support to trace
hvFlushGuestPhysicalAddressSpace hypercall.
