Sultan Alsawaf 7375d8ee7a selinux: Avoid dynamic memory allocation for INITCONTEXTLEN buffers 
The default INITCONTEXTLEN-sized buffers can fit on the stack. Do so to
save a call to kmalloc() in a hot path.
