53f4654272 [PATCH] Driver Core: fix up all callers of class_device_create()
The previous patch adding the ability to nest struct class_device
changed the paramaters to the call class_device_create(). This patch
fixes up all in-kernel users of the function.

9564df1ff3 [PATCH] fix pf request handling
Here's the patch from

http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4853

It is a feeble attempt at fixing the request handling in pf, it is totally
foobar right now.

867d1191fc [SCSI] remove requeue feature from blk_insert_request()
blk_insert_request() has a unobivous feature of requeuing a
request setting REQ_SPECIAL|REQ_SOFTBARRIER. SCSI midlayer
was the only user and as previous patches removed the usage,
remove the feature from blk_insert_request(). Only special
requests should be queued with blk_insert_request(). All
requeueing should go through blk_requeue_request().

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
